Lawlingo connects you with independent solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Lawlingo is a marketplace, not a law firm, and does not give legal advice.

Who gives the advice

Each solicitor advises as part of their firm (or their own practice). The firm sets its own terms, which you see and accept before every call or booking, and is responsible for the advice and for complaints about it.

Our assistant

Our AI assistant only organises the facts you give it for the solicitor. It never gives legal advice.

Paying

Pay only in the app. For calls your card is held and charged after the call; bookings and fixed-fee work are charged after the session or work. Payments made outside the app are not covered.

Cancelling

Bookings are free to cancel or move up to 2 hours before the start (up to 2 moves). When you ask for a service to start straight away, you agree to lose the 14-day right to cancel once it is complete.
