You always see the exact price, the solicitor’s firm and its complaints procedure before you agree. Pay only in the app — payments made outside the app are not protected.

If something goes wrong
- Call cut short? You pay only for the minutes used.
- Solicitor doesn’t join? Full refund, and we find you someone else.
- Solicitor cancels a booking? Full refund or a new time.
- Miss your own booking by more than 10 minutes? 50% is charged.
Home Office application fees and the immigration health surcharge are paid separately to the Home Office.
